300℃ High Temp All Metal Hotend

All metal Hotend Setup makes it possible to print up to 300℃. You don’t need to deal with PTFE replacement anymore, and even no need to flash the firmware, you can print with different materials better and more easily, and makes your prints more amazing. If you want to print over 260℃, we recommend that you buy an insulation tent to achieve a better effect.

I3/Linear Rail Structure

Different from most 3D printers run by wheels in the market, SV06 has a classic I3 structure that avoids wear and tear of wheels and multiple replacements and it is widely applied in the industry. We did something new to make it more applicable for household use. Modular design allows you to assemble SV06 within 5 steps easily.

  Sovol’s self-developed planetary geared all-metal direct drive extruder ensures more precise and smoother extrusion through a higher gear ratio and lighter motor.

  All metal hotend for more compatibility with filaments

  Because the all-metal hotend is temperature-resistant up to 300 °C, it allows you to work with various materials. It is compatible with the following materials: TPU, PLA, PETG, ABS, PC, ASA, Nylon, Carbon Fibre and Wood.

  Automatic levelling over 25 points

  The SV06 has an inductive sensor for the automatic detection of the 25 points and the compensation of the unevenness of the heated bed. The intelligent sensor makes it easier for you to level the heating bed perfectly and guarantees a wonderful first layer!

  Flexible PEI build surface

  Thanks to the PEI coating, the printed models can be easily detached from the flexible build plate The build plate is very robust, so scratches can not happen too easily!

  32-bit silent board

  The SV06 is powered by a proprietary 32-bit motherboard with TMC2209 drivers. This motherboard ensures stable and quiet operation of the printer! Among other things, the printer supports UART mode, but other modifications and upgrades are also possible for experienced 3D experts. Sovol recommends not modifying the printer when getting started with 3D printing.

  G34 Auto Z Align

  The SV06 has the G34 Z Align feature. This sets each Z-axis motor independently to set up the X-axis.

  Double Z axis for more precision

  The robust screws of the double Z-axis and powerful stepper motors ensure precise nozzle movements with an accuracy of 0.001 mm.

  Belt tensioner for even printing results

  Convenient and incredibly easy to use, the rotating belt tensioner allows you to achieve consistent printing results.

  Resume Printing feature

  With the Resume Printing feature, you shouldn’t have any more problems if there’s a power outage. After power is restored, printing resumes normally.
