All of users have encountered clogs at least once. The clog means that printing fails, because the printer is still working, the nozzle does not flow but is still moving. Once the clogging occurs, the printing will be 100% failed, resulting in large energy waste and machine breakdown. Equipped with Intelligent clog detection module, S9 Plus will return to the origin and then be on standby when clogging occurs. After clogging is processed, it can resume printing.

Equipped with Intelligent clog detection module, S9 Plus will return to the origin and then be on standby when clogging occurs. After clogging is processed, it can resume printing. You do not need to worry about printing failure caused by clogging.

Integrated with filament dryer box, the printer can control the drying box in real time to improve the printing quality.

Any kinds of FDM filament has water absorption. Based on 10 years’ experience, SUNLU has found that when FDM filaments are removed from the vacuum bag for 6 hours, they become moist. The optimal printing relative humidity of FDM filaments is 25%~30%, but the relative humidity of living and working environment is about 55%, so filaments will be easily get moist. The printing effect of FDM filaments will be poor once moisture is trapped into filament. However, S9 Plus integrates with a filament dryer that has a fan inside for air circulation. Such integration can let users dry filament while printing. Humidity and temperature are displayed on the touch screen in real-time.

S9 Plus printer supports to turn off the screen after printing to close other circuits that do not participate in the printing process, reducing the overall power consumption. In low-power mode, 1 kWh of electricity makes S9 Plus print continuously for 6 hours.
